For your short stay in Milan we have chosen fully-furnished apartments, in an excellent state of repair and equipped with every comfort to make you feel at home. Our aim is to make your business or holiday visit as comfortable and affordable as possible.

If you are travelling with children just ask us in good time and we can provide a cot and high chair or extra beds.

Check-in and check-out

You are welcome to check-in any time from 3pm to 8pm while check-out is before 11am. But should your travel arrangements make these times difficult we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.


Our prices include use of the apartment, all laundry and before/after cleaning. Electricity, water and heating are also included in the price (up to a maximum of €70.00 per month for longer stays), condominium charges and our help in case of particular need or emergency.

For stays of longer than a month contract registration fees are also included.
The only additional charges are the city’s tourist tax (4 euros per person, per night) and any optional services you select to which 22% VAT will be added.
We remind you that there is a minimum stay of 3 nights for all our apartments.
